The Father Eugene O'Leary Seniors Complex is a 46 unit, 3 storey complex. Situated on the north side of Loch Lomond Road, across from Home Hardware and Tim Hortons, it is close to a majour shopping area on the East side of the city.

The building consists of 46 apartments; 23 one or two bedroom market rent units and 23 one bedroom units with rents geared to income, under a program delivered by the Department of Social Development, Province of New Brunswick, and managed by NB Housing.
